Geekplus, one of the world's largest warehouse automation providers, announced the launch of the RoboShuttle Hyper, a climbing AMR solution for high-throughput operations. The system delivers up to 6,000 boxes per hour per 1,000 square meters, with a focus on B2C e-commerce, fresh food and cold chain, consolidation warehouses, and micro-fulfillment centers (MFCs).
The new Max Workstation allows continuous box feeding at two points and can exceed 800 boxes per hour. The RoboShuttle Hyper reaches climbing speeds of 1.5 m/s and uses refined motion-control algorithms based on real robot operations.
High concurrency and operational density
The system offers 50% more concurrency than the industry average, with parallel operation of multiple robots on adjacent columns. Unlike the standard of four to six locked columns, the RoboShuttle Hyper requires locking only two rack columns.
The solution supports operation of two robots on the same column and uses a dual-depth bidirectional retrieval design, reducing climbing cycles. Two aisles under a single rack increase robot path density by 30%, reducing congestion and speeding up dispatch.
Geekplus's intelligent scheduling system coordinates up to 5,000 robots in an area of 50,000 square meters and 3 million storage locations. Reliability is reinforced with fall protection limited to 50 mm, real-time box misalignment detection, and compatibility with the RoboSafe safety vest.
Tote-to-person portfolio
The RoboShuttle Hyper joins the RoboShuttle Air and RoboShuttle Flex in the company's tote-to-person solutions portfolio. It is compatible with Robot Arm Picking Stations and the Gino 1 humanoid robot, expanding end-to-end automation capabilities.
