Google announced Gemini 3.7 Flash, a new AI model for coding and agents, three weeks after the launch of Gemini 3.6 Flash. The company says the model brings gains in code quality and costs 50% less than its predecessor at launch.
Benchmark performance
In Google's measurements, the model reached 43.6% on the FrontierCode benchmark, compared with 34.4% for Gemini 3.6 Flash. On DeepSWE, the score was 65.3%, versus 49.0% for the previous model. According to the company, the result surpasses those of Claude Sonnet 5 and GPT-5.6 Terra. The company also recorded advances in web development, document understanding, and business process automation.
Availability and price
Gemini 3.7 Flash is now available via the API, AI Studio, and Antigravity. The launch price is US$ 0.75 per million input tokens and US$ 3.75 per million output tokens, 50% lower than that of Gemini 3.6 Flash at launch. The two models now have the same price, and the pricing table will be maintained until the end of the year.
