Google announced this Wednesday during the Made by Google event the Pixel 11 lineup, the Pixel Watch 5, and the Pixel Tag, a tracking tag to compete with Apple's AirTag. The company also introduced new artificial intelligence features with the Gemini assistant for its devices.

Gemini and new AI features

Live Transcribe, a real-time transcription tool, now supports American Sign Language (ASL). With the Pixel camera, the feature translates signs into text, enabling communication without typing.

Google also introduced Rambler, a voice input feature that understands run-on sentences, filler words, and less structured speech. Circle to Search gained more direct access through the camera, allowing users to identify objects, translate text, and search for information without leaving the app.

Pixel 11

The standard Pixel 11 features a redesigned camera bar that is more than 40% thinner, with an all-glass surface across the width of the device. Base storage has increased to 256 GB, double that of the previous generation.

The starting price is US$ 899, an increase of US$ 100 compared with the Pixel 10. Google attributed the adjustment to the removal of the 128 GB option and a shortage of RAM. The device will be sold in Frost, Hibiscus, Pistachio, and Obsidian colors.

Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL

The Pro and Pro XL versions gained better drop resistance and a new display coating with more than double the scratch resistance of the Pixel 10 Pro models. The Pixel 11 Pro starts at US$ 1,099, compared with US$ 999 for its predecessor.

The device is available in Canyon, Fog, Olive, and Obsidian, with the Obsidian option getting a fully matte finish.

Pixel 11 Pro Fold

The foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold is almost 10% lighter and almost 1 mm thinner than the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The device has narrower bezels, a 48-megapixel main camera, and 30x super zoom. The back uses a fiberglass composite to resist cracking, and the redesigned hinge protects the inner screen. According to Google, the model is three times more durable than the previous one, in Olive and Obsidian.

Pixel Tag

The Pixel Tag is Google's new tracking tag, compatible with Android's Find Hub network. The accessory costs US$ 29, or US$ 99 for a four-pack, and can be located with the Pixel Watch. Pixel Buds users can also ask Gemini to find or make the tag ring.

Pixel Watch 5

The Pixel Watch 5 gained monthly summaries of blood pressure and insulin resistance trends in the Google Health app. The 41 mm model starts at US$ 399, and the 45 mm model at US$ 429. Google also launched a Stephen Curry special edition for US$ 579, with an exclusive workout design. The Pixel Buds Pro arrives in a new Olive color.
