Electronic Arts announced this Friday (9) that Star Wars Zero Company has surpassed the mark of one million operators, a little over six weeks after its release. The publisher also confirmed that update 1.2 will arrive next week, although it has not yet disclosed a specific date or detailed the planned changes.

The announcement was published by the official EA Star Wars account on X, which used the phrase “Over one million operators and counting”. Although specialized outlets have interpreted the number as more than one million copies sold, the original communication does not explicitly define operators as units sold.

The distinction prevents treating the result as an officially confirmed sales volume. EA also did not present revenue data or a breakdown of the audience by platform.

Developed by Bit Reactor, in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, the title debuted on August 27, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game offers a single-player turn-based tactical strategy campaign, set during the Clone Wars.

Update 1.2 arrives next week with no changes disclosed

In addition to the announced milestone, EA confirmed the release of patch 1.2 between October 12 and 18. The post mentions the continuity of updates, but does not present technical notes, new features or specific changes.

The previous update, released in September, focused on fixes for technical problems, including crashes, performance failures and situations that prevented players from progressing.

So far, the publisher has not confirmed whether version 1.2 will follow that same approach or include new content. It also has not announced expansions or other news related to the one million operators milestone.
