Keitaro is probably the most used tracker by Brazilian affiliates. It has a self-hosted version (classic) and a cloud version (Keitaro Cloud, newer). The interface is friendly, the documentation is robust in Portuguese, and support responds well — a rare combination in the niche.
It has S2S, affiliate network integrations, support for multiple tracking domains, bot filters, and split-testing tools. For those getting started, it has the gentlest learning curve among professional trackers.
