Fiserv announced this Monday (19) the global availability of Commerce Hub, a platform that allows large companies to centralize payments and commercial operations in different markets through a single integration. The solution brings together acquiring services, local payment methods, settlement, reconciliation and reporting.

Aimed at large retailers, marketplaces and digital platforms, the technology seeks to reduce the need to maintain separate integrations with different payment providers. The announcement expands the availability of a platform that was already in operation, now presented as a solution with global reach.

Platform brings together local methods, acquiring and reconciliation

Commerce Hub offers a centralized connection for APIs, customer integration, operational controls and financial reporting. The infrastructure also includes fraud prevention, payment optimization and support for international transactions, with features adapted to the conditions of each market.

One example cited by Fiserv is Dell Technologies, which used the platform to introduce Pix as a payment option in Brazil. The implementation demonstrates how international companies can incorporate local methods without abandoning a centralized structure for commercial operations.

According to Fiserv, Commerce Hub already records processing volume in the billions and annual growth above 100%. The statement does not clarify the unit used to express this volume or present an independent verification of the indicators.

“Growth should not be limited by the complexity of payments,” said Lia Cao, revenue director for Fiserv’s Enterprise and Platforms division, as she explained the platform’s proposition.

Although it announced global availability, the company did not detail a complete list of the countries and payment methods served, nor did it disclose prices or commercial terms for contracting. Specific service coverage will depend on the capabilities available in each market.
