The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) announced that Brazil is expected to account for 39% of all gross gaming revenue (GGR) in Latin America in 2026, consolidating the country as the main driver of the betting market in the region. The percentage surpasses Mexico (21%), Argentina (13%), Peru (5%) and Colombia (4%).

A survey by consulting firm Regulus Partners indicates that the country ended 2025 as the fifth largest global betting market, with revenue of around R$22 billion (US$4.1 billion). A study by LCA Consultores and Cruz Consulting also projects the injection of R$7.5 billion in equity and the generation of 15,500 formal jobs in the sector.

Regulation attracts companies

The advance of federal regulation has attracted companies seeking to operate legally in the country. Ana Gaming Brasil, which manages the 7K Bet brand and has around 340 employees, was one of the first groups to obtain authorization from the Ministry of Finance to operate in the market.

The CEO of Ana Gaming Brasil, Marco Tulio Oliveira, said that being among the first companies authorized in Brazil validates the operation and respect for the consumer. He said the national market has reached a level of maturity that demands excellence and that the company intends to accelerate investments in innovation to offer safe, transparent and personalized entertainment.

Nickolas Tadeu Ribeiro de Campos, founder and chairman of the company's board, said Brazil is a benchmark in governance and business potential. He said the company plans to expand its product portfolio and strengthen social responsibility initiatives in the coming years.
